Ever since my time as a racing driver, I've had a correspondingly sporty model as a second car. Due to the current economic situation and my worries that it might deteriorate further, the thought came up as to whether now might still be a good time to sell the car.

On Friday, 10.4.2026 at 12 noon, the time had come for me to bravely ask my salesman at the dealership whether they would take my car in, roughly what it would still be worth, what commission they wanted, etc.
They were interested but couldn't say anything about the price. Instead, we arranged an appointment for Thursday, 16.4.2026, at 12 noon.

All week long I "carried" this matter of the car around with me - you could say it sat in my stomach ... what do I do with the car? Sell it? Keep it? It's a complicated matter, because if I sell it, I take a loss, but only once, and then it's gone. If I keep it, I'd take countless losses, because I'd have to invest in it, and I'd take another loss if I sell it next year, but I could still drive it ... which would, however, mean further wear and depreciation, and so on ... so what to do?
That sat in my stomach (concerning the endodermal mucosa). Chunk taken in, but what do you do with it now? I was caught up in obsessive thinking about this issue and had been feverishly anticipating the appointment at the dealership.

The appointment on Thursday quickly brought clarity: the best option was to try to sell it, even though it was very hard for me.
Six hours later, so still Thursday - now at 6 p.m. - I had a conversation about this with a very good friend, whose word carries a lot of weight with me in this matter and who has almost the same car and is also selling it. Through this conversation I suddenly felt very relieved and confirmed in my decision, which represented the conflict resolution.

Now let's do the math again:
From 10.4. 12 noon to 16.4. 6 p.m. is exactly 6 days and 6 hours!
That means the old-brain computer calculates 3 days and 3 hours until the epi-crisis!
That would then be Sunday 19.4. at 9 p.m.! And what happened exactly at that time?
I became extremely nauseous and thought I would even have to throw up. I then suffered through it for an hour, but then lay down in bed a bit more upright and fell asleep. At some point I woke up and everything was fine again 😊

I had indeed already observed such precise endoderm calculations regarding the epi-crisis several times before, but this one was especially clear and impressive in terms of its timing.
