Case Report – Attack Conflict Against the Eye

Gender & Age: female, 42 years

1. DHS – The Moment of the Conflict Shock

Ms. S., 42 years old, received an unexpectedly harsh and threatening email from her boss on a Monday morning:

“Your work is unacceptable. If you don’t change this immediately, there will be consequences.”

The words hit her like a slap in the face. She felt visually attacked – the conflict was a visual attack conflict:

“Something is coming towards me and hitting me directly (visually).”

2. Conflict Content & SBS

Conflict content: “I am being directly attacked – it’s hitting me right in the face/eye.”

Biological archetype: Protection and defense of sensitive sensory organs.

Affected tissue:

•Sclera and conjunctiva of the eye (old mesoderm, controlled from the cerebellum).

SBS in the CA phase:

“I overreacted. Your work is fine; the project was simply more complicated than expected.”

Ms. S. sighed with relief – the attack was over.

5. PCL Phase (Healing Phase)

PCL-A:

•Breakdown of the extra cells, accompanied by inflammation.

•Blood vessels rupture → bleeding into the lower eyelid → black eye (periorbital hematoma).

•Symptoms: Warm sensation, slight pressure.

•Duration: 3–4 days.

Epikrisis:

•Short, pulsating pain above the eye, sometimes with tearing.

PCL-B:

•Swelling subsides, bruise changes color from blue → green → yellow.

•Duration: 5–7 days.
