The case goes back about 30 years. Suddenly—after I had been cross-country skiing—I felt pain in my left testicle. At the time, my partner was working as a secretary in the urology department. When I told her about the pain, she said, “You need to have that checked out right away.” I got an appointment with the “best urologist” in the department. He examined the testicle and diagnosed an inflammation. So I was sent home with antibiotics. However, the pain did not improve.

Then I heard that the cause might be the teeth. I did, in fact, have some root canal treatments that looked “suspicious.” I therefore believed that root resections would solve the problem. I found a dentist who performed such resections—which was not easy. Summer came, and the pain fluctuated (sometimes stronger, sometimes weaker), but it was still there.
The urologist, through a remote consultation, said it could simply take time.
In the fall, I had the resections done—but of course, without success.

My partner suggested I undergo another examination, so I went back to the urology department—this time to see a different doctor. He took a more holistic approach and examined my testicle with ultrasound. It turned out that the cause of the pain was a small hydrocele. The doctor explained that the hydrocele was very small and there was no indication for surgery. “There’s really nothing wrong with you, it’s harmless,” he told me, and a nurse confirmed his statement.

At that time, I was practicing autogenic training—I would lie down in the evening and visualize the fluid draining out of my testicle. A few days later, the pain had almost completely disappeared. I only felt a slight “twinge” now and then. Amazing how powerful the mind is over the body, I thought back then!

Years later—after studying the 5BN—I realized that I had interrupted a recurrence cycle. The pain had been caused by a “testicle-attack conflict” that was in the healing phase. However, because I perceived the pain itself as an attack on the testicle, I kept reactivating the conflict and remained in a “hanging healing.” I never found out for certain what originally triggered the conflict. Since I am right-handed, it might have had something to do with my mother, though I can’t rule out a local conflict either.

It’s a pity we don’t know the cause—his “attack-against-the-testicle” conflict.
It must have happened beforehand. “Nothing comes from nothing!”—that applies here as well.
So far, I’ve had two men with hydroceles, and in both cases, a vasectomy (sterilization surgery) was the cause. In one of them, merely the idea or argument with the partner about whether to have it done or not led to the hydrocele.
