My husband and I talked about getting a child. After a while he said one sentence that hit me unexspected. I didn‘t expect that he would say something like this. After that conversation with him, I didn‘t mention this topic, although it keeps playing on my mind the whole time. Meanwhile I was on vacation with a friend of mine, which extended the time till I had the solving conversation. After nearly two weeks his sister said something regarding the topic, that relieved me, whereby I went into solution. A few minutes later I drove back home and already there, during the 30minutes drive, I felt the first signs in my throat, a slight scratch in the throat. In the evening it got stronger.

The next morning, when I woke up, I already felt weak and my temperature was also slightly elevated. The sore throat was still there and I wasn't up to it all day. On the following day, a dry cough set in and towards evening hoarseness. The following night I also had light night sweats. On the 6th day of the solution, I woke up early in the morning with a very severe headache, which I felt on the left side. It disappeared again after a while. Either on that day or the day before, I once noticed a slight absence during the day, which characterizes the epicrisis. Since I knew roughly how long the conflict-active phase lasted, I could calculate how long my symptoms would last. And so it was. After that time, my voice was completely back and the coughing disappeared.

I am so thankful for this knowledge and it was very interesting for me to be able to monitor the progress closely. I can also completely confirm the description of the conflict content of a fright-fear conflict in my case.
